Penglai Huaan Cast Basalt Pipe Co., Ltd. came into existence in 2003. Our company absorbed production craft and the equipment from original HuaDian (PENGLAI) Cast Basalt Limited Company and also bring in the world advanced level technology for basalt manufacture in order to innovate and improve. We invested about RMB 20 million to build up a basalt manufactory, which can produce about 9000 tons per year. We believe that our products can be the first to leap to the Asia-Pacifica area with high quality products and technical force.

Our cast basalt feature excellent performance of abrasive and corrosion resistance. The non-metical and anti-corrosive material is unable to compare. Our main products are cast basalt pipe, cast basalt lining pipes, cast basalt tiles, cast basalt powder and forged clamp flexible ring pipe joint. They have been widely used in many industrial abrasive and corrosive sectors. These industrial sectors are as follows: electric power, coal, mining, metallurgy, chemical industry and building. They can also lengthen the part or the equipment service life for other material several times and even dozens of times.

For thirty years, we have produced more than 1.600 kilometer of PengLai cast basalt lining pipes and 200.000 tons of cast basalt tiles with abrasive and corrosive resistance. This makes us an incomparable enterprise contributing for the abrasive and corrosive resistance.
